From my understanding, the general consensus is that AI can do basic research based writing, and will be a great replacement for crappy, mass-produced blogs that have been the wheelhouse of content mills that pay garbage in the past. I'm ok with that.

The truly high-quality copy that good writers produce will be harder to replace though. AI isn't adept at having a unique voice or storytelling yet, and it will be some time before it gets there.

Good writers may use it as a tool to write more content faster, however, as it can help a lot with the research side of writing articles.
