I took a two semester course on servant leadership in college. The skills I learned there should be taught to everyone, as they not only help when you are in a position of leadership, they help you live a better life overall.

Women in leadership roles shouldn't feel threatened, and women who work for them should feel supported. It's sad to read that isn't always the case.
