I totally thought this was going to be a piece on what sort of quotation marks you are supposed to use (curly vs. straight, I believe). The editors and writers that harp on that in today's day and age are on a whole different level. But I fully agree with this piece. It bugs me to no end when people don't punctuate their dialogue correctly.
