I wish that Medium allowed you to set up topic pages on your profile. I would be more inclined to write on a wider range of topics and even put my short stories on Medium if that was an option. I like your point, that people subscribe to you and read your stuff because they like your voice. But you also risk losing people who follow you because they like what you have to say on one topic, but they don't care about the other topics you cover.
