Interesting. What would you say your experience is with HubPages vs. Medium?

The platform I had hoped to create would be fiction only. Like a Facebook/Twitter of sorts where authors and readers can interact with each other and readers can recommend stories they like to their friends. The best stories would rise to the top from likes and shares, like top posts on other social media platforms do.
