It is definitely the soft skills that can help you grow as much as the more obvious ones. I especially like how some of these focus on being human and listening to others and showing that you care. I think the beauty of these platforms is they allow us to connect with people we wouldn't otherwise be able to connect with, but if we forget our humanity that can't happen.
