On the other side of the coin, as someone who has been a freelancer for years because the job market didn't meet my work/life balance needs as a mother, I'm ecstatic. Since The Great Resignation started, I have been interviewing like crazy and I finally landed the perfect job. So thanks to all of you who are entering the crazy world of freelance.
